La Venture Station Membership Packages
A membership means you get to work in a collaborative and creative space and that you become part of a vital community of freelancers, independents, and start-ups. You’ll get access to extra exposure and chances to start great conversations -- all on Main Street!
Drop-In: $10 per day during daytime hours; Users have access to the break room and to high-speed and wi-fi connections. Space is limited to communal desks/tables/chairs. No need to sign a lease, but must agree to Terms of Agreement (TOA).
Infrequent Flyer: $30 per month for 32 hours (or four work days) per month. Users have access to the break room and to high-speed and wi-fi connections. Space is limited to communal desks/tables/chairs. No need to sign a lease, but must agree to Terms of Agreement (TOA). This membership is great for someone who travels a lot, as there is no lease; however, the Passenger Membership (below) might work if you want the VISA Program and other amenities.
Conference Room Rental: When available, the board room can serve as class space or for private meetings and calls. Cost is $10 per hour for a formal meeting during daytime hours.
Space Rental: When available, the board room and office area is available for office parties or private parties or for seminars when available after daytime hours. Person renting the space must be a member. Cost is $20 per hour, and party must agree to Terms of Agreement (TOA).
NOTE: All memberships listed below must sign a six-month or year lease.
Depot Membership costs $250/month. You get dedicated workspace as well as first bid and unlimited time in conference room unless otherwise booked. Storage for personal items overnight and on weekends included as well as access to all amenities listed below. Space limited to two Depot Memberships, with priority daytime hours and/or unlimited hours. NONE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE – please sign up for future space availability.
Freight Train Membership costs $200/month and includes everything that comes with Depot Membership shown above except for dedicated space by the windows. You get dedicated space as well as first bid and unlimited time in conference room unless otherwise booked. Storage for personal items overnight and on weekends included as well as access to all amenities listed below. One Freight Train membership available.
Platform Membership costs $100/month. This fee provides unlimited daytime access to the office space and all amenities listed below. Space, however, is limited to communal desks/tables/chairs. This membership is designed for drop-in & part time coworkers who don't need to store things. Conference room free to use when available, but must be scheduled.
Passenger Membership costs $30 per month for 32 hours (or four work days) per month and all amenities. One year lease required. Space is limited to communal desks/tables/chairs.
